Our friends at Rag & Bone are the leaders of creativity in their field. They understand how to make customers feel good about themselves through fashion - building confidence and poise into every day life. When they approached us with an idea for a fragrance, it had to achieve the same goal for customers through the scent, packaging and overall experience unboxing the fragrance. Every detail of this project was unique and thoroughly thought out, from the marble inlay on the cap, foam insert, the glass structure and the spray on the glass.
We accomplished design, engineering and manufacturing feats that we have never experienced before. The bottle itself was designed with high quality, beautiful glass and had a heavy heel and custom molded shape. The spray color on the glass needed to be exact so we did a few trials to match the exact color requested. The cap has a magnetic closure that required a lot of attention to detail to create. The pump was a low profile pump, which made fitting the cap to it challenging in itself. The top of the cap has a marble inlay that was created by layering exact amounts of color to make it look like marble. The foam that held the bottle in to the box was a high impact foam that had zero join lines and was soft to the touch. The box was made of a special paper board to make it sturdy enough to hold the foam and perfume.
